Elder brother sold more than his share in undivided property

My father died in 2009. We are two brothers. Property is undivided. Elder brother has sold more than his share in the property. How can i get my actual share ? We are of Hindu religion.
First of all identifying the total property is important. Further you can serve him a legal notice through your lawyer. Pursuant to which you can file a suit for partition. That’s how you can claim the property
