During sale deed gave SPA to a person where only his picture is there

Hi i recently bought a land on my name. but during sale deed ( or land registration ) i was not there and gave SPA to one trusted person to go on with registration. all is done, i got my sale deed in my name. And in "CL" column my photo was not there and it has that person name followed my name. and when i queried with that person. he is saying that as i gave SPA to him it will have just his pic as he has done the process on my behalf and i own full rights on that property. IS ALL FINE WITH MY DOCUMENT ? and if there is any problem ? what is the problem ? will i face any problem in future when i am selling the property ? pls guide me with best solution thanks and regards
