During appeal stage, can we show papers of land tax

Mother made will in 2012 & GIFT DEED in 2013 and gifted entire property of 3 storied building to daughter. The mother died in 2015.The son filed Title Suit in 2013.In July'2017, the judgement given by lower court in Guwahati was in Son's favour. They strongly showed HIBA,possession and Sub-Meter Bill(Electricity) in his name. Also mentioned that the daughter never stays in 1st Floor of the building and Gfloor is lying vacant from years. Her advocate for case didnt show any documents of possession of 1st Floor and GFloor.The GFloor rented for about 15 years and tenants are using that for Godown purpose, which the hired advocate could have shown documents of rented receipts etc but why the advocate didnt show,the reasons are unkown.Now the daughter filed an APPEAL and got stay order to DECREE. Now in Appeal stage, can we produce the documents like Holding of each Floor and Land Tax. If so, which SECTION and CRPC ?The daughter is paying Land Tax and Floor wise Building Tax upto date.
