Does uncle have right over the property registered on my mother name

21-Jun-2023 (In Property Law)
My father had bought a property to my grandfathers (have three sons) name, and did the construction of that property. After grandfather and my father death, i have registered that property in municipal corporation to my mother's name in 2008, for which all legal successors (including my both uncle) have agreed on the affidavit (signed by both uncle) which have already been submitted. Can a situation arise where my uncle claim this property in future, if yes then what we should do to avoid this situation.

You should get the property registered at the Registrar Office. Having a Registry only gives ownership title.

Registration in Municipal Corporation does not confer ownership rights.

As your uncles have executed affidavit in your mother's favour, your mother can successfully resist any claim raised by your uncles in future.
