Does my father have any authority over his ancestral property?

My father is having two wives. My mother is second wife. I am 26 years old. my brother is 31 years old. In Ancestor property First wife and her kids are staying. We stay in rented house. My father is paying only the house rent. Now if we ask our share, he says i wont give anything. i dont know you people. how to proceed

Dear sir/Madam,
As per your query your parents marriage is void marriage and your mother dont dont have any right over uour father ansestrol property, even you are illehimate children you have right over your father properties, you can file partition suit.
