Do one pay service tax for change in original agreements cost of flat

Hello sir, For correction deed for change in original agreements cost of flat. I received completions and occupancy certificate from builder,so do i need to pay service tax for addition amount of agreement cost.
If it is only a correction/rectification of amount paid to the builder for purchase of flat, then you need not require to pay service tax again, as you already paid the amount with service tax and it is only rectification of amount actually paid in the agreement,
