Distribution of property which does not have any will

I have an query related to my father property and bank balance my father died in year 2011 we are only four sisters and my mother is still alive right after an year of my father sudden death my mother and younger sister with her husband occupied my mothers house and preventing me to enter you can say they boycott me my father doesn't wrote any will now I want that property should be divided equally among us but my one sister and mother says that you don't have any right on your father property what to do in such case and how I can get my share. My mother filed a fake police complaint against me stating that I am forcefully asking for the property to her!

Hi, after death of your father whatever was there on his name be it cash, moveable or immoveable property, all of you have equal share and right. You can contact a local civil lawyer for property and criminal lawyer for misappropriation of funds if there are any. You can file a partition suit for the house to get your legal share. Contact a good civil lawyer for that with all relevant documents.
