Distribution of fathers property

WE have land in the name of my grandfather, which need to be divided amongst their 4 sons. But due to non-relunctance of one member, we are not able to divide them.
Please suggest legal steps to resolve the issue.

we would like to inform you that as per Sucession Act you have right to claim property in the grandfather's property as a legal heir. If one of the member are not interested in partition suit however, you have right to file suit before court. free then call for legal assistance.
