Distribution of ancestors property after my father died

We have ancestors property in my grandmother name and they have 4 son and 2 daughter, my grandmother was died and my father also died. The house where we live from last 30 years has no paperwork and there is no will made by my grandmother. How to get that property in my name because my uncle's intension not good. Thanks
