Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am Hindu ,have a registered land in jaigaon , as the land is not in square there is two partition first is (32 * 45 which is divided by two for each is 16 *45) where as second partition is (23*45 which is divided by two for each is 11' 6'' ) in the first part we had made a small complex type but our relative always make quarrel and we always have fight regarding the land and partition i have constructed in my second part as seeing the fight always now we have decided that we will not attach our property and have full partition in the second plot we are even ready for partition from first to the last but again our relative are have fight saying that they will not let the partition ,kindly guide us what to do.
In that case you need to file a partition suit in court, partition can be done in two way one is by partition deed or other is filling suit in the court. so if you want you can file a suit in the court against the parties for partition
