Dear Sir, This is Devendra, I am seeking a legal advice on behalf of my brother in law, regarding inherited property about 35 year old. The case such that There is 3 brother who were living at ANDHERI East With Father in a chawl since father died back to 35 years since then Only Elder Son has been living in the chawl but rest Two brother is staying separately since then, The elder brother somehow prepared documents like ration card, light bill etc to his own name separately without their brother's name included, Mother is alive till now and staying with two brothers. We would like to advice you at what way issue can be resolved so that all Three brother share property equally or Is there any way to transfer all the documents in the name of mother so in future there shouldn't be any dispute related to property and each get the equal share in the property. Kindly help and advise.
