Demarcation not complete by DDA and disregard of high court order

Our house was demolished by DDA in year -2000 .reason giving that it's a acquired but truth is that this is our ancient land. We file the writ in high court in yr- 2002 direction given to SDM for demarcation to identify who's actually belong to that land.demarcation conducted arbitarily with any aunthotic proof report quashed and again order to D.C of revenue for fresh demarcation in -2005 we given reminders bt no response till 2010 again we go through to DC office hearing for 2 year after that order has been passed in 2012 for fresh demarcation within 30 days . Till now there is no progress . Nobody's obeying order of Hon`ble High Court as well as order of DC(southwest). How to construct my house on that property.

Hi first of all we need to see the papers what are they saying and all what did they say to u why is there no action againt it what does the Hc order say and all when was it be done and all u can challenge that order and tell the court and all they u need perfect order where it is in your favour
