After the Amendment Act of 2005 coming into force the Hindu Succession Act, 1955 provides equal right to sons and daughters in respect of property. Since your father died intestate (i.e. without leaving any will) so you are equally entitled to the property of your father irrespective of the fact of your marriage. You can claim an equal share in his property by filing a civil suit in appropriate Civil Court.
