Daughter's rights in partition of family property

Thanks , as I'm from hyderabad, like to check if daughters have any share in Partition? As no Will is created and father expiry before 2000. As it's joined family partition among 6 brothers, if all shares are equal then any share is exempted for stamp duty? As u mentioned 1% stMp duty and 0.5% registration on individual share I guess.
exactly what you stated is right daughters have equal right in the property aaccording to hindu succession act as you didnt stated the religion of yours either it is hindu or muslim please state that thanks for the query
