Daughters right on father property

We r 3 sisters 2 brothers. There r 2 properties. 1 was in fathers name who died in 1995 n one property in mothers name who s still alive. What a our right presently on the fathers property.
Mother s living with elder brother who had 2 married daughters. Can we get our share after death if my mother. Or is there any law that this property should pass on to us all bro n sis after mother death.
