Daughters right in fathers self acquired property

My father died recently and the house which was in the name of my mother died 4yrs back.we are two brothers.there was no will but since my dad was not well i verbally told my brother that i dont want any thing from the property will give you noc.but since i and my brother had fights i didn't issued any noc.now he says that he has had done it with the help of witness.my question is what legal action can be taken aganist him and will i get the share from the property P.s. my father had one house which was on my mothers name..but my mother died before my father I dnt knw nw the house is on whose name as he is staying with them Secondly my father had a press which was run by him and his brother owned by my grandfather(not transferred to ne one) My caste is hindu

Dear Client,
As you told the house is in mother name, so i suggest you, you can take succession certificate from court and file suit against your all bro and sis for your right on property. You will definitely get rights on property.
