Daughters not given their share by brother

Non ancestral property can have equal rights to all children (Daughters and sons) ?
One son registered it on his name without information to sisters as his mother accepted. Is it right as per law in Telangana. (Other sons are insane). Do Sisters get any share now !
Pl advice !!
hello property belongs all of you though it can be registered on the name of your brother you all can get Your respective shares as per Hindu succession act so sons and daughters can get there's shares equally but in first that registration be cancelled
