Daughter can inherit ancestral property if father died 1977 and will

My father passed away when I was14years year of 1977. My father have not will. Only my mother given me her property at 1992 and she passed away 1996. I have an older sister and she is married since 1970. My source of income is cultivating. My sister demanding to take equal share of my father ancestral property. If I give her half share of cultivated property my income will be very little I can't survive my family. Please let me know what is actual order of Supreme Court.

your sister is entitled to equal share in her father's property as per the supreme court ruling. Since your livelihood is from the said property you can negotiate with your sister to come to terms and buy the said property in monthly instalments or any others which amicably work out between you and her
