30-Dec-2023 (In Property Law)
Sir I am facing one problem regarding ancestor property, so I am going to issue a INJUNCTION or file a CIVIL SUIT, can I know the exact COST/EXPENSES regarding the above matter
Sir, the fee of advocate is not static and it differs from one advocate to different advocate. Normally I charge for injunction Rs 5,000/- and Rs 5,000/- for filling civil suit. For the day to day hearing my charge is Rs 1,000/-. Normally the court fixes date between 45 day to 60 days. This is my fee. Feel free to contact me if you want to proceed with your case. Regards.
