Correction in the name of the owner of a plot

Hello, We have one property of my father, which is 0.12 Acre, the whole property was 0.37 Acre, my 2 peternal aunt and 1 uncle sold 0.25 acre property to another person. The rest of the property which is 0.12 belongs to my father, Now in Online land records I can see my aunt names are present in that 0.12 acre property. What to do now to correct the record that is the 0.12 is full in my father name?
