Complaint against society for not functioning properly

Hi,
I am a memeber of co-operative society and want to complain against the Managing committee members as society is not functioning properly. Want to highlight hindhardness, arbitrary decisions, mismanagement and inept running of the society.
Under want section and bylaws of MCS Act 1960 can i complain?
Also what are rules and provisions to do so?

what is the mismanagement all about. if there is mismanagement then you should bring this up in the meeting and also send a notice through advocate.
