Commercial godowns in residential area

Our housing society in R zone is surrounded by godowns on all 3 sides carrying out businesses like catering,stocking and distribution of non veg items,fmcg products etc which operate during early morning and late hours.This is creating nuisance & traffic & hygiene issues and this land is owned by the same builder as ours and recently he has rented out this land to such businesses.Which legal authority to approach in Pune (Maharashtra) for such issues?
Municipal Corporation can take cognizance of your complaint. And you can also file criminal or civil case in court and thereby you can get relief from such nuisance. Therefore you have a need of concrete proofs.
