Combining of 3 sales deed into one

27-Oct-2023 (In Property Law)
There are 3 floors on a free hold plot. i am the the owner of 2nd floor through one sales deed. The ground floor is owned jointly by me and my wife through another sales deed. Now i want to purchase the first floor from its owner (Mr. X). My question is how to have one sale deed / registry, so that i can show 01 property in income tax return. If its not possible then can i transfer ownership of all the floors to my mother in one sales deed / registry. How to do it and will it benefit me.

on the above mentioned query please note down that the 3 storey building / construction situated on a free hold plot. so in the others view, that building is a one property. but as you say the second floor you purchased in past and the ground floor you owned with your wife in another registered sale deed. and now you want to buy first floor from its owner, so after the execution of first floor's sale deed, you can transfer by way of sale deed/will/deed of Relinquishment/ gift to any person in one document.
