Does the district collector don't have any right to cancel the passbook issued illegally to other person ? Is civil court Is the only option to cancel the passbook issued illegally by revenue office people to favor others and when we complain they issued memo to goto court which is ridiculous because it was our land wrongly transfered to other person now asking us to goto court.can we take legal action on official of revenue office ?
