Co-op hse society ceased of treasusrar by illegal allegations

Recently in our society during AGM , Secretary made a allegations of non cooperation at treasurar end and recorded in minutes of AGM. he circulated to all without complying the 108 bye laws despite treasurar asked for a comm8ttee meeting. Later on 10th day from Mom circulation, they called a meeting and expelled the treasurar and all other 6 members also signed in lack of knowledge. Treasusrar was asking since long that committee is not functioning as prevailing laws and Secretary was continuously hiding all kind of transaction from members. Please suggest the forward path for treasurar action.
