Clarification regarding power of attorney

My prior message got deleted before my email. I have full power of attorney for my son with special needs he's intellegant knows the mumbai situation. His claim for fathers property has been registered with society its complex I now need to present his claim to family court. Don't wish to make him travel & he had IBS allergies. Can Can do the above with my uk power of attorney on his behalf? We r uk citizens & church of England.

This is my response to you:
1. If he has given you a valid, notarized and registered POA then you can claim the property on his behalf;
2. The contents of the POA have to be read to understand your problem better.
