18-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
My Grand father bought a property in 1975. He died in 1982. Now the property is in my grand mother name. They have a Son & 2 Daughters. All are married. Her son (My Father) also died in 2016. My grand mother want to make a will now. The daughters are having equal share in this property? How these property will be divided please explain.

As you have mentioned it was purchased by your grand father through his own earning then it will become self acquired property. If your grand father has not executed any Will or gift deed in your grand mother's name then your grand mother don't have a right to execute Will but the property can be shared among the family members as per the hindu property law.
