17-Jul-2023 (In Property Law)
Hi I'm a christian - My great grand father(my father's mothers father)has some lands - Long time before he wrote a will that after my grand mothers lifetime those lands will come to my father. Scenario: great grand father passed away 30 year back but the lands are still in his name and the taxes for the land is being paid on his name. Now my grand mother is still alive and father also live. So how can we change the lands to my fathers name and how difficult is it Documents are original and we have it

Your great grandfather's will has to examined in order to advise you properly. If it is mentioned in the will that your father shall inherit the property only after your grandmother's lifetime, your father has to wait for the eventuality.
