Clarification on possession of flat by DDA

I have been allotted a DDA LIG apartment but DDA has not issued the allotment letter yet. I ti snot possible for me to travel again in India to make formalties. Can my father do formalities on my behalf.

Yes. You can execute power of attorney in favour of your father and thus he can be authroised to act on your behalf. There would be no hindrance after executing the same.
