Clarification on fraudulent transfer of property by real estate agent

I bought a flat in from a reputed builder on Down payment basis through a Bank loan from the Bank of Baroda. Recently I took the possession of the flat and Registered with N. Authority with My Name / Wife name (Wife is Co-Alotee). One Real estate agent has approached me to take care the flat and he rented to one family (I never met the tenant). Since I stay far away, I couldn't visit the flat regularly and I have to believe that Property dealer's word. Since the last 2 months, he has rented it out to one family, but I never received any rent yet. So I asked him to vacate the flat and handed over the keys to one of my relative. Since then he is not picking the phone, no communication. I fear if he is trying to arrange fraudulent papers to sell the flat to some one or trying to mortgage for loan or trying to occupy. Is there any chance he can occupy the house ? (Homeloan is ongoing, All Sale deeds,registration documents, other documents are with me )
