Clarification on applicability of Limitation Act in property suit

Sir if plaintiffs admits that she has asked the share in father property in the year 1973 after her father death and it was refused by there brothers and she has not given any legal notice to there brothers till the year 2001 . And my question is that limitation act is applicable or not for this suit

For filing partition suit limitation limitation not attracted, she can file suit for partition any point of time, there is no bar to file partition suit in limitation act. but filing appeal limitatation act will attractes.
