Claiming right on property not belonging to deceased husband by wife

We r 3 children of HINDU parents.Our father, mother & uncle died (2005) .Uncle's family lived with us in house (allotted to my father by Royal Air Force in 1946) with land on its three sides. Uncle was unemployed his family dependent on our father. Uncle's wife is alive. Uncle's married daughter in 2017 claiming 1/4 share in the house as her father's share. Canshe/aunt?

No, your uncle shall not have a share in your father’self acquired property.The government accommodation is your father’s self acquired property. Therefore, his daughter is also not entitled to any share in the house
