Claim on property occupied by brother illegally

My great grand mother purchase a land from other and registered the land in the name of my father and his brother by sale deed(who are minors at that time).From 1995 my uncle cultivating the land with the money given by my father.my uncle came to my father and took the money always ,my father who is far away from native village due to govt.job purpose.In 2002, my uncle secretly got passbooks and also entered his name only in adangal,mutation record ,rights record,rsr records.my father recently know this passbooks and his name in records.my uncle denied to give share to my father because he cultivated and protected the land above 18yrs.so, this land belongs to his only and also in all records his name is there.partition not happened b/w them.No proofs are there when my father gave money to his brother.with my father only reg.sale deed is there.pls give me procedure & sections to counter the adverse possession 18yrs of my uncle?. Religion :Hindu

Yes off course you can file a case of changing the name in land record fraudfuly there is no deal or agreement is done between you and your father your uncle cannot remove the name of father from land record and as well you can also lodge a complaint of 420 ipc for such criminal activity
