If heritage property is registered in the name of unmarried person. Whether it is compulsory to register nominee. How legal heir will be able to claim property in case of death if nominee is registered?
Succession to heritage property is governed by Indian Succession Act/ Hindu succession Act. Register of nominee not compulsory. legal heir can claim property through the process of court under succession laws.
