Hi
My father got the property by my grandfather after he passed away as a legal heir, and he has gifted that property to my brother, as a daughter can I claim on this property
surely i shall also be a coparcener if you are Hindu and you can claim your right by birth by approaching an advocate . so please be advised and follow the procedure within time and get file the suit for partition
