My grandfather has completely registered and sold his Ancestral property to his brother for drinking

01-Jan-2023 (In Property Law)
My grandfather has completely registered and sold his Ancestral property to his brother for drinking when my father was minor and my grandmother hasn't signed on the documents. This had been done in around 1965. Can my Father claim this property now?

Since the property is registered 1965 and there is a long delay in claim.

In case if the said property is still with your father brother , you can take a chance and can file a suit for partition as you informed it it the ancestral property. But on the dealy it is difficult tomproceed. Please contact any known counsel or interested contact us.
