Chsl Nomination 3 Holders

If in chsl in Mumbai a flat is purchased in 3 names and all 3 have paid share application money membership to society and all 3 appear in sale agreement and share certificate. Call all 3 nominate their shares in 3 different nomination forms. For instance can holder no. 1 nominate holder no 3 and holder no. 3 nominate some other person. Is it allowed to file nomination forms for each share holder seperately and does the provisions allow the same

1. Firstly each owner can appoint a nominee for his share;
2. Secondly and more importantly nominee does not transfer ownership;
3. Each owner can prepare a Will with respect to his share or a Family Settlement Deed;
4. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.
