Cheating and fraud by builder with delayed possession and overpayment

Builder has sold me a flat in Maa Tara apartment, jamtara on super built area of 1325sqft @1275per sqft. On completion he told area has unexpectedly increased to 1440 but after measurements I found its only 1037sqft I have made full payments for 1325sqft and much more on features that he promised free in addition to paying high EMI of 11,000 rs... He didn't give me agreement instead, direct allotment was made I'm not allowed to inspect my unit even... He never turns up even on sending so many orders from legal authorities
Moreover I'm resisting this torture since 2014
Plzz help... I'm facing a great financial crisis and agony.. I'm delayed possession and registry even after paying much more than 100%
