Change of Plot Number after paying total amount

Sir, i bought a Residential plot in a HMDA layout bearing plot No.137
After paying total amount they are saying that that plot number is landowner share i mistakenly sold to you so we'll give a new plot
I don't like taking other plot
Registration not yet done
Payment Receipts are available
So need help regarding legal rights to me

as stated by you, you have already purchased a plot bearing No. 137 by paying whole consideration then your vendor have no right to interfere or claim that plot you can sent a legal notice and also you can take a legal action against your vendor
