Change of ownership /Property transfer

Sir/mam,
myself vijaykumar, a property was bought in the name of my mother in 2008, but her name in adhaar card is different to that of the name in property papers, so what should mother do to legally transfer the property to my name.

one is to rectification of old sale deed by insteriting the name as you desired
or
File an affidavite for corrction of names and declare the actual name in the affidavit, after same take papaer publication.
