Change of nomination of a flat

If a flat is nominated to a person but the owner of flat wants to change nomination to some other persons name. Is it possible and what is the procedure
Dear Querist,
The owner can submit a fresh nomination form and make an application to society withdrawing /cancelling the earlier nomination. Please do collect he old nomination form from society records or else there will be duplication.
