Car parking not provided as per regd sale deed

I purchased semifinished 3bhk flat in 2015 and builder completed and handed over to me in 2017 after full payment made by me. Car parking as mentioned in saledeed 80 sft was not provided so far either by the builder or the association. I let out it for rent. None of the flats has been marked car parking so far. They are parking their cars at available space in rhe cellar. Now I want to sell it but none is interested since no car parking was allotted. Please guide.
u can file suit for specific performance of contract and ask him to provide car parking as agreed in the sale deed. Part performance which left by the builder will be fulfilled by filing above suit. discuss further to proceed forward.
