CAR BUYER NOT TRANSFERRING CAR ON HIS NAME

Sir, i sold my spark car lt model car to manishkumar h modi in june 2018. he came with rto transfer form and i signed that form and gave him for rto transfer but he has not transfered car on his name. i had make sale agreement on 100 rs stamp paper and taken his name in front of advocate and make notary for the same. i have checked before 10 days in m parivahan still he has not transfered car on his name. he is not recieving my call even. please suggest what action i have to take against him. i have sale agreement on 100rs stamp as a proof only.

the sale agreement for car it's good advice for your car sale to any one but for more sefty you give notice to the buyer of the car. but whenever you transfer of ownership that time minimum 3 months required for this issue first you check and then beat to give notice any other enquiry please contact me
