Can wife claim right in property bought by husband after divorce

Hi, It's been more than 2 yrs over me and wife got separated. she had filed a false DV case against me and after my solid proof produced to court she not contested that case at all. Now, I am planning to buy an apartment, but my question is after this purchase she shouldn't again claim her 50% in this property as they are just money minded people. I want to know if my wife have any rights on property purchased by me?
As on date there is no law that gives the wife right on the property purchased by the husband. The wife will be entitled to alimony/maintenance of course should she see it fit. As for a DV case she could seek remedies provided for under the Act which amongst others gives her a right to shelter.
