Can we sell an Ancestral land using legal heirs certificate only

Father and mother died.5 children 3 men.2 women.women married and died in that 7 children's.without partion deed the legal heirs can sell the fathers property using legal heirs certificate?
Yes. With a proper legal heiship certificate issued by the Tahsildar, it can be sold by all the heirs including the heirs of deceased daughters signing in it. It is advisable to get the property mutated (change of name in records) in the name of the legal heirs, so that no issues will arise during registration.
