16-May-2023 (In Property Law)
Dear Sir, I am fom M.P , my father died when i was 4yrs old and I have a sister who is married and mother . My father had left a plot on which later house was built by my mother. the house in her name. I want to know that what is my right on the property. My mother is a money minded person so I want to know legal procedure also. Also there is some grandfather's property and they have also died , no one is answering property related questions so I want to know my right on this property also and what legal action I can take to claim it. I am the only son and none of the properties are in my name , so I want to know my right and legal process to claim it.

First tell me your father was the only children of your grandfather if yes then you have equal rights in the property of your grandfather and same with the property of your father if he had not made any will
