What will I do if someone pay muncipality tax on his name of my property without any legal mutation
U have to search the municipal office and find out how the name of that person os recorded in their record and on the basis of which document.
Then u can make a complain to them challenging the mutation
U can also file a suit challenging the documents if its related to title , u can also file a writ against the corporation.

As in municipality receipt the name of the person is not recorded who pays.
You can write a letter to the municipal authority to provide you a duplicate copy of the receipt.
If any person is fond of paying taxes of others who have no right title and interest in the property, you can only write to the authority to get the duplicate copy.
