Can sister claim share in sisters property as per Hindu Law

My mother got 1 acre land through her brothers without knowledge of my mother's sister. Now she is saying that she will put a case on us for that property. Is that possible? If so please give a suggestion for this situation Please note that my mother's brothers having properties but my mother's sister addressing that she put only on my mom. Please suggest.

Was it is a sale deed or gift deed given to your mother by your uncle that has to be seen and the property given is it his self acquired or ancestral property .
