Can property be transferred to the one of the owner of property

Hi Me and my wife bought a flat with mortgage from HDFC ,I am paying the mortgage,The flat is handed over and possession taken but property not yet registered.At this stage best and cheapest way to transfer my right to my wife/son so that she/son and wife becomes sole owner of the property
Dear Querist,
simply register the property in the name of your wife and son (in case he is a major) jointly. This is the best way to transfer your property in the name of your son and wife. the mortgage in your name wont create any hurdle in transferring the property.
