Can property be transferred to other's name if owner is dead

In 2003 we made house on my uncle property. That time he said that he will transfer that property to my father name. Because that whole property is in my uncle name. In 1996 my father had three brothers, that time my uncle had sale one of our ancestors property and purchased land from that money, but now my uncle had sell all property, and he is dead also. So how can I Name that house in my father name is that any provision. We are living there from last 14 years.
